Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00.
Our practice manager can be contacted telephonically from 08:00 -16:30.

Classes vary from 6-8 clients per class. Strict Covid measures ensure that patients maintain social distancing. Class times are subject to change.

Further supporting our cleanliness and safety measures we have against Covid, is our pool cleanliness. This is maintained with ultra-violet lights, ozone, as well as a small amount of chlorine (used in all salt water pools). Most pools only use one of these means to maintain a sterile environment, and we have all 3!
